Navigating the post partum period can be tough - you're tired, you're hormonal, you're bleeding, you're trying to breastfeed and you're expected to still run a house and live life. Husbands are wonderful, but they're also tired and juggling newborn life while possibly still working. Life with a baby is now very different and a huge juggling act. So why not have Laura visit and help you out. As I registered midwife with 10 years experience I love visiting in the home and know first hand what kind of chaos post partum life can bring. So I'm here to take the pressure off.

That is why Hypnobirthing Australia designed this course especially for you – medical professionals (midwives, obstetricians, doctors, nurses), childbirth educators, doulas and childbirth/pregnancy professionals – who wish to learn the basic philosophy and tools of hypnobirthing so that you can best support parents who choose to use this method of birthing.
