Refund policy

  TENS MACHINE HIRE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The TENS machine will only be used by the person hiring it

2. The hirer will have discussed and sought approval from their medical practitioner before using the TENS machine

3. The hirer will follow the instructions as provided and will use the machine under medical supervision

4. The success of the TENS machine cannot be guaranteed

5. If your order has been dispatched or collected, no refund can be issued if you have changed your mind and want to cancel your order

6. If your order has not been dispatched or collected and you change your mind and want to cancel, 100% of the order will be refunded

7. If you did not use your TENS machine for labour no refund will be issued

8. Pre-addressed Australia Post satchels will not be issued if the one provided with your order gets lost

9. Return of the TENS machine is the responsibility of the hirer. TENS Hire Perth sends reminders for returning the devices, but it is the responsibility of the person hiring to ensure the TENS machine is returned by the return date. If postage is required, a prepaid satchel is provided. Liability transfers from the hirer to Australia Post only when the return satchel is processed by Australia Post. Should TENS Hire Perth not receive the returned TENS and Australia Post have no record of the item then the hirer shall be required to pay a replacement fee of up to the full retail cost of the machine (RRP $235). 

10. If you return your product prior to the return date, no refund or pro rata refund will be issued

11. Should the TENS machine be lost or stolen you will be charged a replacement fee of up to the full retail cost of the machine (RRP $235). 

12. Should the TENS machine be returned damaged, contaminated with bodily fluids or with missing parts TENS Hire Perth reserve the right to charge additional fees for cleaning, repairs or replacements

13. If you selected to collect the TENS machine and cannot return it you will be expected to pay for return shipping

14. Please advise TENS Hire Perth as soon as possible if you require extra time, subject to availability. Additional fees of $20 per week will also apply if the TENS machine is returned late.

15. TENS Hire Perth are not accountable for any injury or damage sustained as a result of misuse 

16. Hire cost of the Elle Tens device is $75 for 4 weeks, $95 for 6 weeks, $115 for 8 weeks

 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS FOR PRODUCTS NOT MEETING EXPECTATIONS

At TENS Hire Perth, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason a product does not meet your expectations, we offer a straightforward returns process to provide peace of mind.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Time Frame: You may return any purchased product within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Condition: Products must be in new, unused condition, and in the original packaging (if applicable), with all accessories and documentation included.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order number is required to process the return.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  • Please contact our customer service team at info@tenshireperth.com.au or 0413 852 643 with your order number and details of the product you wish to return.
  • We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return, including a return shipping label if necessary.
  • If the product is being returned due to an issue on our part (e.g., damaged or defective items), we will cover the return shipping cost.

3. Returns for Products Not Meeting Expectations

  • If the product does not meet your expectations (e.g., you feel it is not as described, or it doesn’t function as anticipated), you may return it within the 30-day window.
  • We encourage you to carefully review product descriptions, specifications, and reviews before making a purchase, but we understand that expectations may vary.

4. Refunds and Exchanges

  • Once the return is received and inspected, we will issue a full refund to your original method of payment, or process an exchange if you prefer.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned product.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

5. Exclusions

  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable are not eligible for return.
  • Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after receipt are not eligible for a return.
