Pregnancy Massage
Induction massage is designed to gently prepare and support a woman’s body for labour and birth. During the treatment, our therapists use specific acupressure points to encourage energy, activity, and alignment, helping the mother connect with her body and guiding the baby into an optimal position for birth. We apply these points with safe, comfortable pressure while encouraging mindful breathing. Essential oils are also incorporated to promote relaxation, calm the body, and naturally support the onset of labour. Please note, this is not a medical form of induction and while it may help encourage labour, results are not guaranteed.
